Welcome to Arteefor. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our Print on Demand (POD) products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Business Identity & Services

Arteefor (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Store”) operates as a Print on Demand service specializing in apparel (Hoodies, T-shirts, Caps). Our registered office is located at Villa 66, cite al ansar, Batna, Algeria.

2. Pricing and Payments

• Tax Policy: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.

• Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel any order resulting from a clerical or pricing error. We maintain sole discretion in determining whether an order with a pricing error will be honored or cancelled.

• Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) (available for domestic orders), Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

3. Order Processing & Cancellations

• Custom Nature of Goods: You acknowledge that our products are printed on demand specifically for your order.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once an item has entered the shipping process or has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Zones: We offer international shipping.

• Estimated Timelines:

  • Algeria: 2 to 4 business days.

  • International: 7 to 15 business days.

• Delivery Disclaimer: While we strive to meet these windows, these are estimates and not guarantees.

• Risk of Loss: Once Arteefor hands the package over to the post office or third-party carrier, the risk of loss and title for the product passes to the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied, but due to the custom nature of POD products, the following rules apply:

• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Condition: Items must be returned in the exact same condition as produced (unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging).

• Return Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Returns: If you are returning an item for personal preference, the shipping cost is split: 50% covered by Arteefor and 50% covered by the Customer.

  • Store Error: If the product sent does not match the description or the pictures on our website, Arteefor will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on the Arteefor website are the intellectual property of Arteefor. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arteefor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, specifically the jurisdiction of Batna.

• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through private mediation or informal negotiation to keep the matter out of court. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled according to the laws of Batna, Algeria.

Since you are doing Print on Demand, I highly recommend adding a small “Sizing Disclaimer” inside your Product Descriptions. Many customers try to return POD items because they “don’t fit,” which can be expensive for you since you can’t easily resell a custom-printed shirt.
